Perth Chinese New Year Fair 2022 

Mark your calendar as the Perth Chinese New Year Fair is back on Sunday, 6 February! 

Held in Perth Cultural Centre and WA Museum Boola Bardip from 12pm to 9pm, the annual street festival is one of the largest and most popular community events in the City of Perth. Best of all, it’s completely free – and there’s something for everyone.

Marvel at the new zodiac lanterns on display and try something new at one of the many multicultural food and beverage stalls. 

Rich in culture and full of entertainment, you can expect a jam-packed lineup – with mesmerising traditional performances such as lion and dragon dances, Chinese Opera, Chinese yo-yo, tai chi demonstrations and more. There’ll also be arts and craft workshops, competitions and games to keep the little ones on their toes.

As one of the largest and most popular multicultural community events in the City of Perth, you won’t want to miss out.

Chinese New Year Cocktail Party

Usher in the year of the tiger with HQ + Bar Kitchen! 

Celebrations run from 6pm to 9pm on Tuesday, 1 February with some great inclusions in your $99 ticket.

StudyPerth Chinese New Year Celebration 

For those studying in Perth while far away from home, StudyPerth has organised a Chinese New Year lunch celebration for international students at Han Palace on Tuesday, 1 February from 11am to 2pm.
