COP library 

The Children's Floor can be found on Level Four of the Library. This particular area is designed for children aged zero to 11 years and features specialized collections, dedicated presentation spaces, the Tree of Knowledge outdoor play space, bathrooms equipped with baby changing tables, and numerous cozy spots perfect for settling down with an enjoyable book.
