This concoction contains Nusa Caña tropical rum, mango liqueur, coconut milk, crushed ice and mango. Paired with their Asian fusion food menu, you’ll feel transported to an island in the tropics.
4. The Killer Colada at Flight Club
What else does spring mean? Beach days are in back in sight! Get into that laid-back mood with The Killer Colada ($21) at Flight Club, with Pampero Blanco rum, Malibu, coconut milk, pineapple juice, coconut creme and roasted coconut flakes. It’s a killer way to kick off a fun night out with their pizza or shared platters and a game of social darts.
5. Peach Bellini at Bar Lafayette
Head underground at Brookfield Place to Bar Lafayette. There, old-school style (literally - it’s in the heritage-listed Old Perth Technical School, and full of leather sofas, dark wood and exposed brick) meets innovative handcrafted cocktails.
