Perth’s best new bars

Faraday’s is a new go-to for workers in the CBD’s west end. Located in London House on St Georges Terrace, they’ve got you covered from your morning coffee to your after-work drinks. It’s open weekdays for brekky, lunch, dinner and everything in between.

A couple of blocks up on Murray Street, former Perth favourite Tiger Lil’s has been reborn as Lil’s Rooftop & Bar, bringing Italian summer vibes to the City. Swing by for sunset sips after work or settle in for a long lunch on the weekend. Saturday nights are for partying with Lil’s late night disco.

In Brookfield Place you’ll find Lupe’s Cerveceria - home to tequila, mezcal, tacos and mischief. Snack on tostadas and taquitos and wash them down with Mexican beers, cocktails or agave shots.

Towards the other end of town, Lola Underground is the latest addition to the State Buildings’ suite of upmarket venues. This chic and cosy late-night spot features Spanish, French and Western Australian wines along with European-inspired bites.

New cafes in the city

There’s no better way to start the weekend in Perth than with a riverside walk, ride or run, and Café du Point is the ideal new spot to refuel. Located on the river’s edge near Heirisson Island, they welcome dogs, families and cyclists, and dish up all-day brekky with a side of Swan River views.

Flame 400 Burger Cafe is serving smash burgers, chargrilled ribs, crazy shakes and more. Located in Raine Square, it’s the ideal spot for a meal before or after a movie upstairs at Palace Cinemas.
