Perth City Farm

Perth City Farm is a 29 year old Urban Farm that provides space and opportunities to build community connections, and educates and enables people to live sustainably.

They operate on a half-hectare site as a vibrant community orientated platform. The Farm features numerous activities:

The Farm

Check out the market garden, fruit tree grove, frog bog, visit the chickens and learn about this urban oasis.Gates to the farm are open 9-3pm Monday through Friday or 8am-12noon on Saturdays.

Farmers Market

Every Saturday morning City Farm is buzzing up with Perth’s only organic and biodynamic farmers market. As well as produce grown at City Farm, other growers and producers come in to sell so you’ll find fruit and veg, meat, seafood, eggs, honey, bread, pantry items and giftware.

Workshops and events

A full program of education and community events runs through the year for adults, school groups and corporates. Topics include gardening, soap making, fermentation, sourdough baking, permaculture and much more. Check out the ‘what’s on’ calendar on the Perth City Farm website.

The Venue

The farm and its buildings are used for lots of different community and private events like festival, markets, parties and weddings. If you’re interested it’s worth filling out an enquiry form first, to get all the relevant info before your visit.
