Lake Vasto
Lake Vasto was named in honour of the Sister City agreement established on 18 December 1989 between the City of Perth and the central Italian city of Vasto.
The dedication of the lake took place in 2004 during an official visit by City of Vasto officials, during which local Vastese families participated in festivities and sponsored trees and park benches.
The lake has been landscaped by the City to provide a natural habitat for wildlife and recreation.
