Juniper Vs Higher Planes Wine Dinner

On Thursday 21 March our award-winning UMA Restaurant is partnering with Juniper Estate and Higher Plane Wines to host an intimate dinner.

We invite you to join us for a four course Peruvian menu, perfectly paired with wines from two of Margaret River's premium vineyards. The menu, curated by Executive Chef Xerxes Bodhanwala, will be introduced by Xerxes himself, followed by an exclusive opportunity to hear from the CEO of Juniper and Higher Plane, Tom Hill. Together, they’ll take you on a journey of fine food and wine, highlighting Western Australian grown produce.
