Day Retreat: Befriend Your Nervous System

Are you feeling stressed, anxious, burnt out, or overwhelmed? Do you just need some time to nurture yourself?
This day retreat offers the perfect opportunity to take a much-needed break and acquire valuable skills to support your well-being. You will learn about the mind-body connection and discover practical ways to optimise your nervous system to embrace life fully. You will leave feeling uplifted from the vinyasa practice and deeply rested after an extended restorative Yoga Session. You will also have a personalised self-care plan to implement!
