So whether you’re keeping things low-key, or are keen for a little bit of fanciness, one thing is for sure - you’ll find something in the city.
Keeping it low-key
Perth City Farm, East PerthIf chilled-out farm vibes are your thing, then look no further than Perth City farm. You can choose between their rustic barn or classy art room (or both, if you’ve got a large guest list) and set them up however you want. You also BYO all your own food and booze at this venue, which is a big help for those on a smaller budget. There’s a commercial kitchen if you have caterers, or space for outdoor food vendors if you choose to use food trucks.
The Old Pickle Factory, West PerthBack in 1917 this place was the site of a pickle and vinegar factory, but these days it’s a stunning warehouse event space with polished concrete floors, high roof trusses and amazing natural light. The venue can be hired as a blank canvas where you deck it all out yourself, a complete package with everything fully catered and styled by the venue’s event team, or a bit of both if you want the best of both worlds. It fits 300 people so is the perfect spot for those with a big guest list.
Cleaver Street Event Space, West PerthFormerly home to metalworkers and glassblowers, the Cleaver Street space is now a bright and airy warehouse space. With a capacity of 100, it’s filled with natural light, white walls and neutral tones, so you can style it up however you see fit. Plus, there is a bar, fridges and plenty of space for caterers, so you can BYO everything to save some serious money. However, if you need a hand, they have a dedicated stylist who offers styling and catering packages for the venue.
