For a new perspective on the lovely surrounds head out on the water! Rent a waterbike solo or with a friend to get pedalling. Great for ages eight and up it’s an easy and accessible way to have a bit of extra fun. And if that wasn’t enough, there’s a very real chance you will spot some of the friendly dolphins that call the bay home!

For another tasty treat or a little shopping trip, the collection of 50 specialty retailers at this community shopping centre has become a hub for locals and students from the nearby University of WA. Built in 1972 its also an architectural landmark of Nedlands having retained a unique charm to match its unique tenants. Stop for a bite or come for a browse, it’s up to you!

A long serving stalwart of the neighbourhood since 1908 Steve’s is a grand old institution not to be missed when exploring the area. Pop in for a pint and a bite alfresco or something a bit more glamourous in the Wine Room. We also hear it’s a favourite date night spot amongst locals 😉
