Alex Hotel’s wine bar and dining room takes its inspiration from the strong food traditions brought to Northbridge by waves of European immigrants. Bridging the gap of the fondly remembered European restaurants long gone and the new wave of creativity, our full menu returns to classic dining with contemporary and seasonal dishes.

From a cheeky glass at lunch to an afternoon aperitivo or something a little more serious after dark, Shadow Wine Bar is open daily Monday to Thursday 4pm till late and Friday to Saturday from noon through till late.
