Members have once again painted all year and have brought out to exhibit their newest and best work to date.

There will be so many paintings to see, in various categories. The special theme this year is “Size Matters”. How artists have interpreted this will be amazing and exciting to see.

Painting out in the open (En plein air) is a category, it will showcase relatable scenes from Perth and from artists’ travels. Still life, abstract and innovative will also provide a feast for the eyes, with the annual portraiture winner on display too.

Everyone is welcome to try watercolours on the “try me” table which will be set up with members to chat to and be guided by. There will be multiple live demonstrations going on throughout the exhibition. So do come and have a look and feel free to have a chat with artists about the intricacies of their works.

Jo Trilling from the ABC will be our MC while Lord Mayor Bruce Reynolds will present the prizes. Sponsorship in product, money and kind is coming in. This will be the best Annual Awards exhibition ever as we celebrate our 46th anniversary.
