For a limited time over the winter months, The Westin Perth invites guests to indulge in A European High Tea Journey - an elegant new seasonal offering inspired by the timeless flavours, traditions and culinary artistry of Europe.

This curated experience takes guests on a delicious voyage across the continent, beginning with a classic English vanilla bean scone served with berry jam, before travelling to Vienna for a decadent Sacher Torte of rich dark chocolate with a whisper of apricot. Continue to Paris with delicate macarons and hazelnut mille-feuille, where crisp layers and vibrant flavours unfold in every bite. From the golden honeyed decadence of Eastern Europe's Medovik cake to the slow-braised comfort of Dutch Hachee Pie and the bold savoury flavours of Bavarian Laugen rolls with obatzda, smoked ham and sauerkraut, each course pays tribute to some of Europe's most beloved culinary traditions.

Priced at $79 per person, the experience includes unlimited tea and coffee, with the option to upgrade to champagne or sparkling wine for an extra touch of indulgence.
