Started at Fremantle Markets in 2018 with Australia’s first Tofu Milk Tea, we craft over 60 drink options—including bubble tea, fusion coffee, and Korean Bingsu desserts—using premium cold-pressed tea leaves from China’s UNESCO-listed Mount Wuyi. With a focus on quality, sustainability, and service excellence, we use local ingredients and eco-friendly packaging.
