The Laugh Resort Comedy Club

WA’s not-for-profit comedy club made to nurture homegrown comedians has called Perth home since 1991. 

Now at the heart of Yagan Square, it features a new selection of top, emerging and visiting acts the third Wednesday each month year-round and 5 nights/week during Fringe.

Occupying The Shoe Bar & Café function space, each lineup of today's and tomorrow's stars is hand-picked, The Laugh Resort being the starting ground for comedians Dave ‘Hughesy’ Hughes, Rove McManus, Claire Hooper, Sami Shah, Dave Callan and many more alumni who occasionally drop by.

Enjoy balcony views of the city dining pre-show from The Shoe’s generously portioned, contemporary pub classics heroing WA produce. Their uniquely local list of wines, beers and spirited cocktails also have a Westralian flair.

The Laugh Resort is fully wheelchair accessible. Please email after booking if you have access requirements, including for a Companion Card ticket.

With seating for just 95, bookings are encouraged to avoid disappointment.
