Youth Week WA 2021
The Youth Week WA KickstART Festival is a week-long state wide celebration of young creatives aged between 12 – 26 and is presented by Propel Youth Arts WA. KickstART features over 50 free events for young people, including workshops, talks, exhibitions, performances, markets and other special events throughout the week.

KickstART Festival Day
Our biggest event of the week KickstART Festival Day will take place in the heart of the City of Perth with a makers market and live music at Forrest Place, with additional events around the Perth Cultural Centre in Northbridge. All workshops for the KickstART Festival are free to attend for young people aged 12-26, unless otherwise noted. This year, we have a range of in-person and online workshops covering topics as diverse as urban sketching, hip-hop dance, toxic masculinity, creative writing, astrophotography, and much more.
