WA Youth Orchestra - Legends

A musical celebration of culture, belonging and homeland!

The WA Youth Orchestra presents Legends - a collaboration with Northern Territory song man Guwanbal Gurruwiwi and composer Netanela Mizrahi in the WA premiere of ‘The Djari Project’ – a special collection of heartfelt Indigenous songs with orchestra and choir celebrating culture, belonging and homeland. The concert will also feature Bernstein’s adventurous and spirited Candide Overture and Symphony No.5 by Sergei Prokofiev, best known for his musical adventure, Peter and the Wolf.
