Truffle & Mushroom Dinner

Winter is upon us. Get cosy fleur for a luxurious, hyper-seasonal feast celebrating mushrooms and truffles.

Manjimup, just a few hours south, is the largest truffle producing region in the Southern Hemisphere. For this dinner, Head Chef Shane Middleton has sourced the freshest, high-grade black truffles from Coomer Truffles along with heirloom mushroom varietals from The Mushroom Guys. 

Coveted black gold will be at the center of an indulgent seven course menu, paired with wines carefully selected by our Sommelier, Daisy Case.
