Wines joining us for a night of delicious free-range wines alongside a five-course feast from the Bivouac kitchen.
Plan B’s Terry Chellappah will be pouring wines and chatting about the lofi approach to winemaking that has seen the label named in James Halliday's ‘Top 10 Dark Horse Wineries for 2020’. Also known as ‘The Wine Minstrel’, Terry is quite the character - in between researching new bars and slapping the bass guitar, he spends his time in WA’s southwest, keeping the winery wheels turning.
Sourcing grapes from prime vineyards around Margaret and Frankland Rivers, Great Southern and Geographe, bottles of Plan B’s expressive, modern wines have found them strewn all over the world from London to Finland to Malaysia.
