Celebrate Perth’s vibrant cultural tapestry with two unforgettable nights of music, dance, food, and community at Elizabeth Quay.
Experience the energy of 10 different cultural groups, including Brazil, Burundi, China, Germany, Hungary, India, Japan, Mexico, South Sudan, Thailand and Noongar Dancers — all performing on the iconic floating stage. Hosted by beloved MCs Ernie Dingo and Tina Alteri.
Don’t miss the spectacular stage show finale featuring an original soundtrack by Noongar singer-songwriter Phil Walleystack, capped off with dazzling fireworks
Kids’ workshops, cultural activities and food trucks will also be available.

Accessibility
Your comfort and enjoyment are important to us, and the guide is designed to help you prepare for the event experience.
Accessible Viewing Area
An enclosed Accessible Viewing Area will be available in front of the Elizabeth Quay Carousel, providing a less crowded space with priority viewing for people living with disability. Limited seating will be available.
Wheelchair users, please note access to this area is via paved pathways, and the surface within the space is solid and stable.
Quiet Zone
A Quiet Zone is available near Gusto Gelato from 5pm to 9pm, please refer to the event map for exact location.
This space is equipped with various sensory tools and activities and offers a space to relax and reduce your sensory input. This area will be staffed by DADAA from 5pm to 9pm.
Changing Places
A Changing Places facility is located at Elizabeth Quay, opposite the Elizabeth Quay Water Park. This facility also includes baby changing and nursing amenities.

Taxi / Rideshare Services
Taxis and rideshare services should use The Esplanade, the nearest accessible street to the event. Details of local providers are listed below:

A taxi service is available for passengers with disabilities. This service operates 24 hours a day and it is recommended to book 24 hours in advance to avoid delays. The service can be booked on (08) 9333 3377.
Parking
Visitors are advised to check road closures in advance and plan their journey accordingly. Where possible, attendees are encouraged to travel via public transport. For those driving into the city, a road closure map and car park information will be available on the VisitPerth website.
The closest parking (including accessible parking) can be found here:
- CPP: Convention Centre (21 Mounts Bay Road and Mitchell Freeway, Perth)
- Includes 23 ACROD parking bays
- CPP: Terrace Road 165 Terrace Road, Perth
- Includes 8 ACROD parking bays
- CCP: Council House 27 St Georges Terrace, Perth
- This carpark is not accessible for ACROD parking during the weekend
Additional temporary ACROD bays will be reserved on The Esplanade and Riverside Drive as on street parking but are subject to availability.
Please note if parking at CPP Convention Centre car park that the pedestrian and vehicle exit to Riverside Drive will be closed during this event. Please exit via Mounts Bay Road and safely cross William Street at the pedestrian crossing.

To Access Audio Description
1. Bring your own earphones. Ensure your mobile device has enough charge.
2. Download the Sennheiser Mobileconnect App prior to arriving at the venue.
3. At the venue prior to the AD show, go to “Settings” on your smart device (iPhone, Android or iPad), select “wifi” and connect to the “DADAA wifi”.
4. Once connected to the DADAA wifi network, return to the home screen and then select the Sennheiser MobileConnect App.
5. Open the App and select “Channel One” for Audio Description.

Road and water closures
To ensure public safety, both road and water closures will be in place for this event.
Road Closures
3pm – 10pm

The Esplanade will NOT be closed at any point throughout the day.
Towing
Towing will not be in effect for this event. Any vehicles within the road closures after 3pm will be infringed by the City of Perth.
Elizabeth Quay Footbridge Closure
The Elizabeth Quay Footbridge will be closed from 4pm to 10pm each night. Pedestrian detours will be provided via the eastern and western promenades around the inlet.
Water Closures and Reduced Mooring Availability
A floating stage will be installed within the Elizabeth Quay Inlet by midday on Monday, 10 November 2025, and will remain in place until Wednesday, 4 March 2026. During this period, the three northern floating jetty docks along the eastern promenade will be closed to the public.
Additionally, The Elizabeth Quay Inlet will be closed to recreational vessels between 4pm and 9:30pm on event nights. Boat moorings will not be available for use during these times.
The nearby Barrack Street Jetty will remain available for loading and unloading, passenger pick-up and drop-off, and casual berthing, with use limited to 15 minutes or less at a time.
Transperth ferry services and other commercial services will continue to operate as normal.

No, the design of this show is for viewing in the Elizabeth Quay Inlet only.

Will first aid be available at the event?
Yes, a First Aid Post will be located on-site. Please refer to the event map for the exact location.Will there be Lost Persons services at the event?
Yes, a Lost Persons Post staffed by the Constable Care Foundation will be available. Please refer to the event map to locate it ahead of time.
If you’re attending with children, we recommend visiting the Lost Persons Post upon arrival to collect a free wristband where you can write their name and your contact details, helping ensure a safe and enjoyable day for all.
As an extra precaution, take note of what everyone in your group is wearing, or snap a group photo on your phone at the beginning of the event.If you lose someone
Please notify the nearest security personnel, police, or event staff and check in at the closest Lost Persons Point. If the missing person is not there, the Constable Care Foundation staff will work together with event security to help locate them.If you find a lost person
If you find a lost person, please escort them to the nearest Lost Persons Point. Alternatively, notify a nearby Police Officer or Security Guard, who can accompany them to the Lost Persons Point.

A range of food trucks and existing food outlets will be available throughout the event site.
Drinking Water
Drinking water fountains and water bottle refilling stations are available at the event site. Bottled water will be available for purchase from food vendors on site, however we encourage patrons to bring their own water bottles.
Waste Management
There will be many waste bins located around the event, meaning there will be one close to where you are sitting, walking, or celebrating! Don’t forget to pay attention to the signs on the bins and put your rubbish or recycling in the correct bin.
Toilets (Including Accessible and All Gender)

No, this is an alcohol-free community event.
Where is the closest ATM / Is EFTPOS facilities available?
Several banks with ATMs are located along St Georges Terrace, just a short walk from Elizabeth Quay. Most food vendors also accept EFTPOS payments.
