Jerry Fraser ‘The King of Oysters’ is joining forces with Alejandro Saravia and his team to bring you all the deliciousness of freshly shucked local oysters and Uma ceviche favourites.

Enjoy a half dozen oysters for $22 or a full dozen for $36 or have it all with an oyster and ceviche selection from $25. 

Savour an expertly made Negroni, Campari spritz or Pisco Sour thanks to our friends at Campari or keep things traditional with a glass of Moet & Chandon Champagne.

Every Thursday from 4pm – 10pm, Bar Uma at Pan Pacific Perth, bookings are essential.
