Mother's Day at Pan Pacific Perth
Pan Pacific Perth and Breast Cancer Research Centre are joining forces this Mother’s Day with a delightful Pink high tea to raise money to enhance breast cancer treatment and support, and increase survival rates.
Set in Bar UMA, an oasis located in the hotel’s lobby, the Pink Mother’s Day High Tea experience taking place on 9 May features a stunning selection of delicious delicacies. Guests can enjoy savoury treats such as a rich and wonderful Wild Forest Mushroom Velouté and the light Sesame Salmon canapé with avocado and wasabi puree.
The sweet treats on offer include a Pomme D’Aneth, a beautiful pink apple shaped petit four filled with Granny Smith apple and a gorgeous dill & yoghurt mousse, and Entremet Mandarine & Chestnut, a chestnut biscuit roulé topped with a sensational Tahitian vanilla crémeux and honey murcott mandarin. Home-made blush coloured rosewater scones with cream and seasonal berry jam are the perfect delight this Mother’s Day.
Every mother in attendance will be gifted a pink cupcake to take home and enjoy.
Breast Cancer Research Centre will be raffling off two sensational prizes with all funds from the raffle going to the charity.
The Pink Mother’s Day High Tea will have two sittings for guests to choose from. The first sitting is from 10.30am to 12.30pm and priced at $59 per person includes free-flowing tea and coffee.
The second sitting is the famous Bar UMA free-flow high tea from 2 – 4.30pm, and is priced at $79 per person for sparkling wine, or $115 for those wanting to celebrate Mother’s Day with French champagne.
Upon arrival guests will be welcomed with a Strawberry crush cocktail made with crushed strawberries, lemon and rosé wine and crafted by the Bar UMA team especially for this event.
