Life Drawing For Beginners
Participants sit in a circle around a model. Sketchbooks open, pencils poised. This is life drawing for beginners: sketching a clothed model (Sophie Nixon) as she holds props and maintains extended poses.
Led by local artists Ashlea Turpin and Luka Buchanan, Life Drawing For Beginners caters for artists at any stage. Through hands-on facilitation and guidance, participants are encouraged to not take themselves too seriously and prioritise the process rather than the product.
All materials provided, but feel free to bring your own if you’d prefer.
