Dutch violinist Rudolf Koelman back in WA

After a COVID break of 3 years, Rudolf Koelman is back playing with WA’s most distinguished musicians. The inspired program promises a memorable experience - feelings of joy, intimacy and elation.

Founded in 2005, Fremantle Chamber Orchestra has a reputation for inspired programs that take listeners on an emotional journey from the first to the last note.  FCO performances are full of energy, subtlety and elegance.  FCO gathers the best WA musicians and provides valuable performance experience to emerging stars.

Summary
Vivaldi’s Concerto Grosso for 2 solo cellos open the performance. The Adagio of Mozart’s K334 is pure sweetness. The epic Adagio of Bruckner’s Quintet is a jewel of intimate romanticism.  Mendelssohn’s Octet, blistering with energy and youthful exuberance provides the crowning glory.
