Wander through Perth’s Number One Fire Station and learn about 120 years of history with displays honouring the stories of Perth’s firefighting past. View the many types of appliances ranging from hand-drawn hose reels and pumps to horse-drawn steamers. Guided by our volunteers you will learn aspects of the lives of firefighters through the decades. Come and meet the authors of ‘120 Years of WA Fire Service History’ – the new book which tells the historic story of the Perth Fire Station.
