Phovela
1/250 St Georges Tce, Perth
While we’re pretty devastated about the closure of their St Martins Arcade location, thankfully we can still get our
Phovela fix at QV1. As well as banh mi – with your choice of pork, chicken, lemongrass beef or tofu – they’ve got pho, salads, rice paper rolls and more.
Roll vs Bowl
138 Murray St, Perth
One of Morley’s favourite food spots has expanded into the CBD, bringing their much-loved banh mi to
Murray Street. If you’re still a bit peckish after your meal then one of their spring rolls should do the trick – they’re about as big as the banh mis themselves.
Beansprout
530 Hay St, Perth
Tucked down the east end of Hay Street is this unassuming
lunch bar with a passion for fresh, vibrant flavours and a (very well-deserved) cult following. We can’t go past their banh mi lettuce wraps – a crispy lettuce cup filled with your choice of protein, pickled veggies, chilli mayo, peanuts and shallots.
