All Grand Final week, Forrest Place will be re-born into Footy Place! There is nowhere else that will have more action than Footy Place! From 20 to 24 September, 11.30am to 1.00pm each day you can rub shoulders with AFL legends, players and team mascots, including Stephen Coniglio, Nat Fyfe, Jaeger O’Meara, Josh Kennedy, Luke Shuey, Andrew Brayshaw, David Mundy and more. There’ll be music performances as well as including panel interviews, Q&A's and photo opportunities. And of course the area will be adorned in Demon’s and Bulldogs colours.
Everyone’s favourite food markets, the Twilight Hawkers Markets, are making a star appearance in Footy Place (aka Forrest Place) for the big weekend on Friday 24 and Saturday 25 September, 4.30pm – 9.30pm. Best yet, the game will be playing on the big screen in Footy Place on Saturday while you get your fill of street-eats!
Immerse yourself in footy culture with the Property Council WA’s Footy Luncheon on Wednesday 22 September at Crown. Get a glimpse of footy greats with an exciting guest speaker lineup including Justin Longmuir, Josh Kennedy, Kara Antonio and David Wirrpanda.

The WA Museum Boola Bardip are putting on a huge footy-themed line-up for history-buffs to the AFL-mad punters, with daily Great Sporting Moments tours, a football breakfast with special guests on Thursday 23 September and the ultimate ‘Footy Friday’ all day on 24 September to round out the historical week.

The Royal East Perth are only a stone’s throw from the stadium and showing all the pre-game entertainment to take you to bouncedown. They’re screening the game live too, in case you get too comfy.
If you’ve scored a highly sought-after ticket, take the Matagarup Bridge shortcut across the Swan River to the stadium or join fellow footy revelers at Australia’s largest bar - The Camfield, right beside Optus Stadium with five bars and 175 beer taps.

Post Game
Not ready to stop the celebrations? Grab a ticket to the Inner City Blok Party at Perth Mess Hall starting at 5pm, including market stalls, DJ’s and plenty of food options. Purchase your tickets here.
James and Lake Streets, Northbridge will be open to pedestrians and closed to traffic after the game so you can soak up the atmosphere throughout the city streets with other footy fans.
The celebrations also continue into the next day! Sealink Perth AFL Masters National Carnival is a free event down at Langley Park. Watch up to 50 football teams across Australia compete in age groups ranging from 35 to over 60 years.
