So, without further ado, here’s where to pick up some vintage bargains around Perth.
Vinnies Northbridge
This one is bursting at the seams with amazing vintage and retro clothing, and it’s conveniently located right next door to Henry Summer on William Street. So, once you’re all shopped out and you’ve found all you needed for your next night out, bring your bags next door and wind down with a tasty cocktail.
Fi & Co
Fi & Co on William Street is quirky, funky, and straight up cool. They’ve divided their awesome pieces into collections, so you can easily find exactly what you’re after. Located inside their brick and mortar shop, you’ll find beautiful clothing like kimonos, hemp collections, sunglasses, printed tees, and so much more. We’d suggest bringing your cool friend for this one.
Good Sammy Murray Street
Shopping at Good Sammy is seriously the definition of shopping for a great cause. Their mission is to provide meaningful opportunities to those who are experiencing a disability. As a result, when you shop there, donate an item or two, or even volunteer, you’re doing something really amazing for everyone. And trust us, you won’t have any troubles finding what you need! With an abundance of clothes, you’re bound to find something pretty unique and gorgeous.
Salvos Perth City
This Salvos, located bang in the middle of the city, has pretty much everything you could ever want, and/or need. With goodies in store ranging from clothing to bric-a-brac and homewares; books, toys and records to electrical goods, it certainly won’t disappoint. What’s even cooler is you can actually shop online (which is perfect during COVID times)!
Best Before
Bang in Northbridge, right around the corner from the State Library, is Best Before apparel. With some really cool vintage printed tees (think basketball and movie themed) plus offering up shoes from Yeezy, there’s some pretty awesome picks in here. If you can’t decide what you want, why not grab a mystery box? You can pick a box, in your size, of 3 random tees which will be given to you as a surprise. It’s a super cool concept, and we reckon we haven’t seen this anywhere else.
Threads Boutique
Perched pretty on Beaufort Street is Threads Boutique. They’ve got some beautiful second-hand clothing and shoes, ranging from brands like Kookai to Emporio Armani. Shop online or head down here to have a look at some gorgeous designer pieces at a much lower price.
Cold Wave
Cold Wave sits on the extra-classy side of town, right on King Street. Again offering up some awesome vintage printed tees, they’ve first and foremost got a pretty darn cool selection of sneakers. Jordans, Yeezys, Converse, Nike Dunks and heaps more are sitting in the store, just waiting for you to come and gaze adoringly at them. Plus, some of them are preowned, so you can pick them up at an amazing price.
