Free Peddle Perth Joy Rides | Murray as Hay Streets
To celebrate all the excitement taking place at the east end of the city, the Boorloo Heritage Festival’s Major Supporter, Lotterywest, will be offering FREE Peddle Perth joy rides for families. Travel from the Vintage Fire Truck in Murray Street Mall, down to the Old Central Fire Station, and then to the Perth Mint.At each of these stops you can engage in an array of exciting activities like panning for gold at the Perth Mint or check out a behind the scenes tour of the Old Central Fire Station.
Entry to each venue is free.

Come down to the river and join our outlandish, fabulous, death defying, fearless circus performers as they conjure you back to the ‘20's. Here you'll meet some of the real and imagined characters of 1923 and enjoy our very own silent film accompanied by the Perth City Band.You’ll can also learn the Charleston and Black Bottom Dances. At the end of the day kick up your heels and join us on the dance floor – you can even dance with your hats on!

This is a self-guided tour where attendees will have the rare opportunity to speak with Supreme Court judges and registrars and see areas of the courthouse which are not usually open to the public.
Mo’Ju - Karla Hart Productions | Yagan Square
Yagan Square brings ARIA Award nominated Wiradjuri-Filipino musician Mo'Ju to Perth for the very first time. Their performance will be rich, distinctive, and unforgettable. Also performing earlier in the evening is local talent Flewnt and Optamus with special guest 10 year-old rap sensation Inkabee.
This event will include Indigenous themed food and drinks creating a very special one-night-only set under the stunning Boorloo city stars. Tickets are on sale for $20 each.

The Joy of Wood will be hosting an interactive display of traditional woodworking skills and techniques as used in Perth during the mid-19th century. You’ll have the opportunity to use traditional woodworking tools and will be able to watch demonstrations of woodcraft skills, such as spoon carving and traditional joinery.
