THE HONEYCAKE YAGAN SQUARE

THE HONEYCAKE is the very first Western Australian operated cakery that specialize in the handmade production of the traditional Czech layered cake. 

Inspired by a century’s old Bohemian recipe, this delicious cake is a unique combination of alternating light, honey-flavored layers with smooth, creamy caramel topped with fresh walnuts and honey crumbs. Handmade from premium natural ingredients and free from preservatives, each individual layer is carefully assembled to create a beautiful, sumptuous dessert.

The secret of its uniqueness is not only hidden in the handmade work and centuries old recipe but also in careful selection of natural locally sourced ingredients, including (Margaret River region) high quality cold processed (raw) honey, free range eggs etc. Our products do not contain any artificial colors or preservatives.
