With dual roles as a research academic and clinical psychologist, Rob is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Population Health and the Curtin enAble Institute. His work focuses on interdisciplinary biopsychosocial interventions for pain, mindfulness and yoga practices, and innovative pain education.

This workshop will explore the science of pain, effective management strategies, and the integration of yogic and mindfulness into pain care. Ideal for yoga teachers, therapists, and anyone interested in deepening their understanding of pain and its management through yoga and mindfulness, this session will enhance your knowledge and practice.
