About the presenters

Anna Faber is a Molecular Biologist working to tackle ocean plastic pollution. Her research investigates using environmentally friendly, natural microbes to break down plastic waste in the ocean.

Mike Taylor is a Marine Biologist studying the movements of large marine animals in the Shark Bay World Heritage Area. He uses GPS data from tagged animals to understand their behaviour and the risks they face.
