Wellness Morning - with Lunar Love Club

Then, dive into a transformative values workshop led by Ebony from Gold Rey Therapy, focusing on all things women's mental health, wellness and communication. Round out the morning by challenging yourself with an invigorating Ice-bath session by Tash, and then bask in the restorative warmth of the infrared sauna.
