Perth Folk and Roots Club is back in central Perth at the Perth Bowling and Recreation Club for a WA Youth Week Folk and Roots Music Showcase 2026 special event.

Supported by Department of Communities, North Metro TAFE, City of Perth and Perth Bowling and Recreation Club. Perth Folk and Roots Club is also working with Act Belong Commit in recognition of music’s contribution to mental wellbeing.

The performances are free from 6pm to 9pm at Perth Bowling and Recreation Club, 2 Plain Street, Perth. For this event, Perth Folk and Roots Club has North Metro TAFE music students performing including Stimulėyė, Freddie and Mosaia duet and Sayge.

Stimulėyės are a two-piece band from Perth featuring Rhys Prosser on guitar and vocals and Andrew Jacob on drums, playing high energy original songs.

Freddie and Mosaia duet are Mosaia on vocals and Freddie Osborne on vocals and guitar.

Sayge is a solo artist who sings, plays piano, guitar, bass and is also a singer songwriter.
