Urban Forest Walking Tour - WA Tree Festival

Come and learn more about recent additions to the City's urban forest and the about benefits urban trees can bring to our community.

The tour will start at the new public space at Kaal Yimniny on the corner of Hay Street and Irwin Street, and will conclude with a tour of new planting and landscape treatments at Moort-ak Waadiny (Wellington Square).

This event is family friendly and suitable for all ages. The tour will cover a walking distance of between 1-2 kilometres, so participants are advised to wear comfortable walking shoes, a hat, some sunscreen, and to bring their own water bottles.
