Songbird Bar welcomes back Twilight Tails, a cocktail series that brings celebrated bartenders from around the world to Perth for a curated lineup of memorable experiences.

December special appearance is by Danico from Paris, ranked No.30 in World's 50 Best Bars 2025.

For one night only, bartender Nico de Soto will be behind the bar at Songbird, creating bespoke cocktails that showcase Danico's imaginative style, served with panoramic rooftop views as the backdrop.

Cocktails available throughout the evening for $24. Reservations are recommended for indoor, outdoor and bar seating.
