Bush Tucker with Dale Tilbrook

Explore the flavours of the bush with Native Food Specialist, Dale Tilbrook. 

Dale will take you on a journey to delve into the wonderful flavours and nutritional values of some of the popular and accessible Native Fruits, Herbs and Spices. 

At the end of the talk, you will be invited to sample fruits, nuts and products made from these.  The herbs and spices will also be available to "sniff, touch, taste”.
