Inspired by Massimo Bottura’s saying “Success in life is about obsession”, it was decided that to put on the best Italian-food event, we needed not just one, but three of the country’s best Italian chefs to come together and put on an unforgettable night of Italian food.
Introducing your Italian chef dynasty – Nic Wood, executive chef of QT’s Santini Bar and Grill, Joel Valvasori-Pereza of hatted Lulu La Delizia, and Enrico Tomelleri of Sydney’s perennial favourite, the hatted 10 William Street. Don’t miss out on this evening as they collaborate and create a four course dinner with delicious matched wines.

Valvasori-Pereza’s Lulu La Delizia was recently named Top Restaurant in WA in the prestigious The Australian Financial Review’s Top Restaurants Awards, while Tomelleri’s came was ranked number 10 in the list.
