THC X Cook for Syria WA Event Night

Join us for a night of feasting, fun and entertainment at The Hummus Club as we partner with UNICEF and Cook for Syria all to in the spirit of giving back.

Hosted by the owners of The Hummus Club, Ziad Zammar and Kait Eterović - they are coming to the table for this event, donating the entire venue, proceeds and all profits to UNICEF Australia’s Syria Crisis Appeal for Children.

The Hummus Club's Head Chef, Emily Heron, will be creating an exclusive long-table shared dining menu based on New Syrian cuisine. Taking traditional dishes and flavours and reinventing them using seasonal WA produce.

Venue Manager, Matt Bodycote, has designed the matched Mid Eastern inspired beverages to take everyone along on the culinary and cultural journey.

Local artists will be entertaining the crowd throughout the night.

Art by Karim Jabarri and local artists will be auctioned.

And Perth foodie royalty, Max Veenhuyzen will be bringing it all together and MCing the night.

A truly epic night to be apart of- all in the spirit of giving.

#CookForSyria encourages restaurants across Australia to create a Syrian-themed dish and donate a few dollars from each sale to UNICEF Australia’s efforts to deliver vital support to millions of children affected by one of the largest humanitarian crises in history.
