Successfully Adapting to Rapid Workplace Change

Join business leaders and HR professionals from the not-for-profit sector for another interactive learning and networking session.

Build your resilience, awareness and adaptability in the rapidly changing and challenging global workplace context.
Leah Donovan of Ready, Set, Change will present an engaging session, ‘Successfully Adapting to Rapid Workplace Change’.
Over the past 18 months, no matter where you are in the world, we have all had a common experience and that is the ‘new normal’ of change. Kicked off and accelerated by the COVID pandemic, this volatility was very much already in train from advances in AI, Automation, Machine Learning and the evolution of roles.
These changes have impacts on three key elements within our roles as HR/Organisational Development practitioners:
  • Implications for frameworks, and Management Systems (policies, procedures, processes)
  • Implications for organisations as a whole (the operating model, structures and culture)
  • Implications for individuals (employees and external talent)
This holistic, research-based session moves beyond the usual ‘Managing Change’ techniques, and will enable you to learn how to:
  • Help yourself and others handle the changes coming at us every day, from all directions at increased speed;
  • Refresh or enable your capability to understand your and others’ reactions to change at a conscious and subconscious level; and
  • Prioritise where to put your effort and, as important, what to let go of and save for another day.
Find out how to navigate the new and emerging complexities of the working world at this HR for Good event. REGISTER now.
Registrations and networking from 5.15pm, presentation from 5.30pm. Refreshments will be served and there will be the opportunity to network with others.
This event is hosted by Illuminance Solutions
