Seminar: Food Safety, Hygiene Policies and Legislation for Chinese Restaurants
The Western Australia Chinese Restaurant Association Inc (WACRA), jointly with several associations that has strong Chinese cultural links, including Chung Wah Association Inc (Chung Wah) and Australia China Friendship Society Western Australia (ACFSWA), will be hosting a free Seminar on 19 August 2022 at 3 pm.
The City of Perth has generously agreed to host the event and offered the venue at the Council House, Level 11 Reception Room.

This seminar aims to raise awareness amongst stakeholders in the Chinese restaurant sector concerning food safety and hygiene.
WACRA expected attendance of between 100-150, primarily from Chinese restaurant owners, chefs, and critical management staff, as well as suppliers who work closely with these Chinese restaurants.
WACRA expects that a large proportion of the attendees will be from restaurants in the CBD and Northbridge areas since most Chinese restaurants and suppliers are located.
