Screen Highlights August 5
8am: SlowTV | Makuru
Makuru (June – July) is one of the Noongar six seasons, and represents the coldest time of the year. SlowTV: Makuru brings us beautiful nature footage from across Noongar country to tune in to the changes in our environment that the season brings. This program is a collection of slow nature footage taken down in the Serpentine National Park, in Gnaala Karla Boodja.
The vivid beauty and life of Perth’s natural wonders are paired with small pieces of information found on the KURONGKURL KATITJIN page of the ECU website.
