Save The Children UWA Summer Book Sale
Save The Children UWA Summer Book Sale
Back again, and this year starting on Valentine’s Day, the popular Save the Children Summer Book Sale is a wonderful opportunity to stock up on reading for you and your loved ones, at low, low prices.
A special feature of the sale this year will be a comprehensive collection of Irish and Scottish history books. These will feature alongside a selection of Folio Society books, a wide range of fiction of different genres and thousands of children's books for all ages.
The usual Summer Sale categories will be included: modern and classical fiction as well as non-fiction categories including food, gardening, art, biology and environment, biography, history, politics, comics, militaria, and mind, body, spirit and ;a selection of languages other than English books.
Alongside the usual selection of LPs, CD and DVDs, there will be a range of piano and vocal sheet music. And – ever popular – lots of jigsaws.
All the pre-loved items have been donated and carefully sorted by volunteers to ensure only the very best quality is presented at our sale.
The Sale takes place at Hackett Cafe UWA, on Saturday 14 February 9am - 4pm and Sunday 15 February 9am - 2pm. All funds raised assist children in Australia and overseas.
