RAC Walk of Fame
The people of the past shape our history, and our future.
From the creator of WA’s first road map, to “The Wonder Woman” who circled the continent in her car, discover the remarkable stories of 18 individuals who have made a lasting impact on our state. The names and contributions of those inducted are etched in pavement outside RAC’s headquarters in West Perth. Discover these stories by taking a walk through history, before stepping inside to view the curation of objects and photographs in our ground floor Heritage Displays.
Public parking is available at the adjacent Watertown multi-level carpark, with short term and disability parking located directly in front of the office. The RAC Head Office and its facilities are completely accessible for those with mobility disabilities and impairment. There is ample seating on the Ground Floor level, including within the Member café and the spaces surrounding the heritage displays. Public and accessible toilets are also available on this level. Those who are deaf, have a hearing or speech impairment, or require an interpreter can contact RAC to organise assistance via: the National Relay Service quoting the number ’13 17 03’, calling us directly on this number, or emailing us at [email protected].
