Pre-Natal yoga with a qualified instructor is an empowering and positive experience.
Our instructors have undertaken specialist Pre Natal Yoga training and have studied to be Pre Natal Yoga instructors for a minimum of 12 months.
Their training as Pre-Natal Yoga teachers included education in the philosophy of Active Birth. Pregnancy yoga incorporates gentle stretching as well as relaxation and meditation techniques to enhance your and your baby's well-being. Yoga can help prepare you physically mentally and emotionally for birth and can alleviate some of the discomforts of pregnancy such as backache, sciatica, and digestive difficulties.
