Pre Natal yoga with a qualified instructor is an empowering and positive experience for women. Our instructors have undertaken specialist Pre Natal Yoga training and have studied to be Pre Natal Yoga instructors for a minimum of 12 months.

Their training as Pre Natal Yoga teachers included an education in the philosophy of Active Birth. Pregnancy yoga incorporates gentle stretching as well as relaxation and meditation techniques to enhance your and your baby's well being. Yoga can help prepare expectant mothers physically mentally and emotionally for birth and can alleviate some of the discomforts of pregnancy such as backache, sciatica and digestive difficulties.
