A lavish Seafood & Champagne Bar has arrived just in time for Spring/Summer at Fallow.

The menu brings together pristine local seafood, bright coastal flavours and a splash of ceremony, From freshly shucked Frankland Inlet oysters to torched Abrolhos scallops and Exmouth Tiger Prawn cocktails with Marie Rose sauce.

Pull up for a glass of Champagne and a dozen oysters, or settle in for the full experience with our Seafood Tower or extravagant Grand Tower, stacked with all the good stuff: WA Rock lobster, scallops, ceviche, pickled seafood and more.
