Botanical High Tea guests will enjoy an array of savoury delicacies, indulging in cucumber and dill cream triple decker finger sandwiches, roast pumpkin and goat cheese tartlet with salt bush dukkah, pork and fennel sausage roll with spiced bush tomato chutney and O’Connor beef sliders with smoked cheddar. Be sure to savour the unmissable high tea favourite, our blueberry scone with raspberry jam and cream. Finish with the top tier of elegant sweet treats, including a coconut mousse lamington with botanical lemon myrtle curd, native pepperberry featuring almond sponge layered with pistachio mousse and hints of cherry, banoffee tart with rich salted caramel and chocolate, and the pink veil of strawberry cheesecake. The culinary team’s attention to detail is sure to amaze in every bite.
