The OldPerth website provides a visually rich way to explore over 10,000 historical images of Perth and surrounds.
Images from the collection of the State Library of Western Australia have been geo-located and presented on a mapping interface.
If you’re looking for photos of a particular location around the CBD, you’ll likely be able to find one in seconds. The OldPerth website was launched just over a year ago and in this presentation we explore some of the new discoveries over that period, and we may even have time for a quick quiz to test people’s knowledge of Old Perth.
