Noongar Singing for Beginners

Celebrate the 10th anniversary of the City of Perth Library building and learn to sing songs in the Noongar language with Gina Williams-Ghouse.

Gina Williams-Ghouse writes and sings contemporary songs in the Noongar language. She has captured the hearts and imaginations of audiences worldwide, connecting deeply through the power of song.

Be part of an incredible experience as you come together with others from the community to learn and sing songs in Noongar, an ancient language over 45,000 years old. Gina will share her culture and language with you each week, culminating with a concert for friends and family on 26 March in the City of Perth Library.

No prior singing experience is necessary, and participants will receive a songbook. These classes are recommended for ages 15 and above.

All ticket sales are final, no refunds will be provided. Substitutions are accepted.
